The room was spacious. The air conditioning worked effectively, a benefit given the summer heat. I appreciated that the breakfast included varied options with some gluten-free alternatives. The staff provided helpful assistance regarding local transportation. They offered clear directions to the water bus stops. Also the lockers were with codes, a welcome change from traditional keys.

The corridors seemed somewhat cold, which contrasted with the warmer temperature inside my room.

the location was acceptable for getting to the cruise port. it was necessary to use public transportation for about 5 minutes to reach the city center though.

There were issues with breakfast service. Staff constantly asked for my room number, i felt watched while eating. the food selection was limited and disappointing too.
